We need YOUR help!

To smoothly run such a large event as Monty Madness, we need over a hundred volunteers.  Please consider helping us this year.  

PLANNING COMMITTEE
The planning committee meets on a regular basis leading up to the event day.  This committee decides the content of the Monty Madness event, as well as resolves logistical and other issues. 

GAME FIELD SETUP AND BREAKDOWN
We will be setting up the game field on Thursday, May 19, 2011, and will need assistance laying a protective covering for the facilitie's hardwood floors, and then erecting the FIRST game field and pit area.  As the event closes on Saturday, May 21, 2011, we will need assistance in breaking down the game field and pits and with general cleanup.

EVENT DAY VOLUNTEERING
We have a number of needs on the day of the event including help with food service (breakfast, snacks, and lunch), novelty sales (e.g. robot items, shirts), pit administration, team queuing, game field reset/management, audio visual, award judging, game scoring, refereeing, amongst other needs.  There is a lot to do!
